As a DE student you are demonstrating your committment to Educational Wellness. You also have at your disposal other means to extend this committment. A student can increase his or her intellectual wellness by talking to someone with a different view point, finding out about international goings on by watching the news. , or by reading a book for enjoyment. Having a well-rounded knowledge about a variety of subjects has great impact on the perspective with which one sees him/herself, others, and the larger community. There are also social benefits to increasing your intellect. An individual who has informed thoughts and opinions is much more interesting to talk to than someone who does not. An individual who is curious about the world and willing to explore, seek answers, and learn is well on his or her way to intellectual wellness.


At time the exploration is about the world around you and at times it is an intellectual curiosity about yourself. This link will allow you to test your learning style.
