On Tuesday, May 20th, I went down to the north shore with my partner Diane, and it was a particularly pleasant and clear evening. I set up the camera, having obtained a telephoto lens to give a magnification of x 66, and stood in wait for the appearance of any "ORBS."
We were not to be disappointed. A very co-operative "ORB" appeared, travelling from east to west, and I succeeded in recording the movement of this object. During the time that the camera was following this object, I momentarily panned to the right, and, in the viewfinder, briefly caught sight of two large lights on the horizon, which, at our height above water level, would have been approximately 6 miles distant from our location on the north shore. The next night, Wednesday 21st May, I set up again on the north shore, this time on my own, when my attention was drawn to two VERY large lights on the horizon. These lights appeared at 8:34 p.m. They appeared to be like large windows with the sun reflecting on them, blazing red and orange, but pulsating, which is unusual behaviour for a building! There was a sailing regatta in progress, and I succeeded in filming these lights for approximately 20 minutes, whilst sailing boats crossed my view, and birds flew round and about. I continued filming throughout the evening, and succeeded in gathering some interesting footage. The following evening, Thursday, May 22nd, Diane accompanied me to the same location, and the large lights appeared at the identical time of 8:34 p.m. I succeeded in filming them again, as I had on the previous evening. (On later examination of these videotapes, it would appear that these large lights were, in fact, seemingly solid objects within some form of "field" and giving the impression of definite rotational movement.) The moon was full, and made a spectacular sight as it rose from the horizon, pink in colour. This particular moon was called the "Christ Moon." We watched the moon rise, and so, also, did the military reserve unit lined up behind us. I decided to leave the camera focused on the moon using a x 8 magnification.
It was not until two days later that another friend, Cheryl, on watching some of my recent video, suddenly exclaimed about what she was seeing on the screen!!!
We replayed the tape over and over. On May 22nd, what we "appeared" to be seeing just over the surface of the water, and at approximately 6 miles distant from the camera position, was a series of large, disc-like objects, surrounded by some form of "cloud" or what could be a "plasma field." Inside the left "field," apparently rotating and tilting, was what seemed to be a silver metallic disc with some type of windows or port-holes around the upper portion. The lower part showed some form of scintillation and sparkling effect. The right "field" comprised, apparently, several similar objects, all characterized by a large, red, lower area, closer to the water's surface. In his book, "UNCONVENTIONAL FLYING OBJECTS," Paul R. Hill refers to "plasma fields." It was in this book that I found a great deal of information regarding luminosity, colour and flight characteristics of "unknowns." Many of these descriptions exactly matched what we had been seeing happening out over the lake. Seeing these objects, and what they appeared to "be," had a profound effect on me. I believe that I saw the world in a "different light," from that day forth. Cheryl continued watching the video, as I went out of the room to make a pot of tea. Cheryl called me again. She told me to look at the moon on the screen. As I watched, a white spot appeared on the moon's surface. The "spot" became larger and then other strange "spots" appeared, seemingly moving across the moon's surface, and coming closer towards us. I had never seen moon spots before.
