Place a piece of cheesecloth in a collander and pour in the yogurt. Allow the yogurt to drain for several hours.
Place the grated cucumber in another collander and allow to drain for 2 hours.
Mix together all of the ingredients and chill at least an hour.
Comments:
I use low fat yogurt with very good results. I also drain the water out of the cucumber by placing it in a clean cloth and squeezing the bee-jesus out of it.
