Now . . . the original
author has come forward. In fact, at that earlier time, he was not unknown, only
unknown by me. Some of his postings survive elsewhere but he has requested me to
remove the scurrilous and unfounded allegations for which he now apologizes on
his personal homepage.
So be it. The remnants of this page will self-destruct in three months or so.
