HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Primus Canada has an exciting 12 month contract opportunity for a confident, results-driven professional to join the HR team in our Etobicoke office. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources the Human Resources Manager will manage projects/programs relating to compensation and benefits, health and safety, employment equity, HR systems, and retention. In addition, this position is responsible for the overall co-ordination, administration and execution of all HR related activities and matters for a client group. Specific key areas of responsibility include; recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, and disability management. |

| Minimum 3 years experience in Generalist role | |
| Post-Secondary education with Post Graduate (Degree/Diploma) in Human Resources | |
| CHRP designation | |
| Ms Office proficient (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) | |
| Knowledge of Human Resources Management Systems (OHR) | |
| Excellent interpersonal skills | |
| Exemplary communication and customer service skills | |
| Excellent time management and organizational skills | |
| Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation including Canada Labour Code, Human Rights, Employment Equity Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act | |
